It is the established policy of the Magnolia Building Services companies to carry out its business activities with the highest priority accorded to the Health & Safety of its employees, its customers and its sub-contractors meeting its obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and OHSAS 18001:2007 to which Magnolia Building Services is fully certified, as far as reasonably practicable. All aspects of our business shall be conducted with Health & Safety as the single most important consideration.

Magnolia Building Services acknowledges its duty to make sufficient provision for the management of Health & Safety in the workplace. It is the policy of Magnolia to fully implement the requirements of the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 by providing the facilities, procedures and resources to affect a suitable and sufficient health and safety management system.

A specific Health and Safety plan is generated for every project to cover all aspects of the contract and the relevant personnel responsible. The project Health and Safety plan describes the hazardous aspects of the Work and the proposed mitigating measures to reduce any potential for accidents, injuries, and property damage.
